After much time searching, I found the following seamstress.
The company is called "Phillip Taylors" it is at 10601 US 441 in Leesburg next to the Lake Square Mall. I had a pair of jeans and slacks shortened ( she pinned them). I brought them in on a Friday and they were done and picked up on the next Tuesday.
Their telephone number is 352-360-1159 or 407-692-1890. They are open Mon - Fri 9-6
and Sat 9-3.
