I found this online, likely the area you are talking about ...

KFC will be located in a new restaurant building to be constructed west of the intersection of County Road 466 and Tatonka Terrace at Buffalo Ridge Plaza. The restaurant is expected to open next year

I like my extra salt for the heart attack like anybody else but honestly KFC is getting totally pricey and I'll stick to the eight pieces for eight bucks at Publix

KFC refused to sell my wife and I their "$20 Fill Up". Then they offered to sell us another meal containing a lower quantity of the same food products at a higher price. When I told them that I was going to call KFC Corporate to report them, the store's manager told me that KFC Corporate told them to do that. So, we have switched to Walmart's rotisserie chicken and we also buy their mashed potatoes. We like the Walmart chicken better than KFC and it's one-third the price for a chicken and mashed potato meal.

Have to agree with you on that. The Publix chicken is probably better than KFC.

We aren’t, some are.

To each, their own.

I find it quite interesting that any fast food business (most of whom are whining and moaning about their inability to obtain staff - at the price they're willing to pay) can afford to build a new place after so many having been shutdown tight for so long during the pandemic! Either they have extra money (to build - but not to pay workers) or they don't.... SAD

I see a lot of comments but that’s about all. So I take it you still don’t know! Eventually they’ll put a sign up saying what it is.

KFC in the ViIllages what a waste of money.
If you want the best fried chicken you have to go to Winn-Dixie. Boxed pieces excellent “The Best”

Catalina36

Probably be a Pizza Hut and Taco Bell as well since they're all owned by the same company, YUM BRANDS based in Louisville, KY.

Originally, it was supposed to be a Blockbuster store but that deal fell through. I understand it will now be a Toys R Us.

IMO KFC not what it use to be. Most are pretty bad. I refuse to go to one at Spanish springs.
