Question on this possible purchase by the district's
How long will it take to break even on $111 million?
So how did the developer get to own it? We paid tens of thousands on bonds for infrastructure. Was that not part of it? So don't the districts already kinda own it?
Will the price of pond water go up to cover the purchase?
Now that the whole system is getting old...think of who put it in... are we going to see repairs needed? The Villages has seen an increase of water main breaks.
Other thoughts of purchases ....
I'm thinking of the restaurant bought years ago that we bought for $350,000 just to have it torn down.
How about the repaving of Morse Blvd. And Buena vista? Had to be a crap job done at the beginning to require that fiasco. We don't have freezing temps to cause pot holes.

This is like talking to my dad, he would just jump into the middle of something with no one knowing what he was talking about. No explaining the situation or anything, just throwing out a bunch of one liners that don’t mean anything.

.

Read where the bond proceeds went.
Appraisals & offer/acceptance.
Land developers develop land and then sell off.

Do you want an independent party buying this??

Roads were build to County spec's.

If you read information available, you might have fewer questions.

…We don't have freezing temps to cause pot holes.
If you think freezing temps are the only thing that can cause potholes, you’ve lost all credibility.
