We got something similar to this when we moved here last year. They wanted to send us a free gift and test our water.

Didnt sound right so we ignored it.

The best way to avoid these is just don’t open emails from unknown sources and use caller ID

never call or let them in, you'll never get rid of them. i know someone who did & regretted it

Perhaps, where we are as a society and how we got here.

Like over the hill 007 everyone is out to get us. Trust no one. ATT we need to update to their new cell system by February. They adjusted so that we can't make outgoing. Give you a number to call. The guy was very professional. Offering us a free phone.
He did some sort of adjustment so our phone would again work. HUM he didn't even laugh when I asked him how much this free phone would cost me.

How sad, we cannot trust anyone on the phone or the computer.
