I don’t follow that closely. You may be correct. Before we bought our new home, we were told by our realtor that the developer posts a new group of homes to their website early each week. So, it is logical that the number of new unsold homes on their website will go up and down as newly released homes are sold and more new homes are listed on their website every week.

That's called what the market will allow.

Well they certainly not releasing many under $400 that’s a fact plenty with those “superior” views of power lines for $200k for the lot

Already several negative comments from someone who does not yet live here. My question would be: Are you sure TV is the right place for you?

The number of fairly priced homes is more important than the quantity. Most prices are wishful thinking

The market determines what is a fairly priced house. The houses here are selling briskly. Must be their pricing is right on target.

Developer must have released a section of completed homes. No one knows what is coming until they are available.

I agree the homes are selling quickly. The prices going up will draw in higher income people. The result will be better shopping and restaurants.

Will disagree as most homes sell in a matter of days and sometimes hours.

Yes, it's happening in lots of places. While we sold a couple of years ago and our old place (with acreage) is worth substantially more now, on paper at least, we were very happy and satisfied with what we sold it for - so no regrets here. One can't help but wonder though, if another housing bubble is in the making (while surely/hopefully not as bad as the last one)? Not in TV where prices will hold I'm sure, since the rumor is out that the final 'build-out' - is very near. LOL
