I was feeling sorry for the mosquitoes last night, so I went out to the pond behind Everglades Rec Center and fed them for a while...

This was about 9 pm, and if you look up in the sky, you can see a pack of 16 of Elon Musk's Skylink satellites. If they look a little elongated, that is because this was a 30-second exposure, and they moved that much.

Thank you, the Satellites was a "fortuitous event" not planned at all.

And feeding mosquitos was an added bonus, yuuuum!

Yeah, I think I am down about a pint in blood - LOL! Those ladies were really hungry last night!

I consider myself very lucky as those pesky little biters aren’t too interested in my blood. :)

You are taking a big risk if youre walking your dog there at dusk and beyond. That's feeding time at the zoo.

Nope, just me, my dog(s) were at home sleeping with my wife unit.

That is precisely why we didn't buy next to pond. The mosquito feeding grounds.

Very cool, but I would have never guessed that's what I was looking at.

If you read up on what is planned ( How Elon Musk's 42,000 Starlink Satellites Could Change Earth (https://www.businessinsider.com/how-elon-musk-42000-starlink-satellites-earth-effects-stars-2020-10) ) you may decide that even though they look bright & beautiful, that in itself is a danger to mankind.

Why is it a danger to mankind? Too much access to the internet?

I think they all do a day trip to come here from Wildwood when I go out to take some night photos.
