Most banks (if you are a customer typically no cost) as well as several of the pack and ship stores have this service.

You can hire a remote, online notary. The is a State of Florida website that has a list of approved remote notaries.
Remote Online Notary Public - Division of Corporations - Florida Department of State (https://dos.myflorida.com/sunbiz/other-services/notaries/remote-online-notary-public/)

It is always interesting problems that others deal with that I never think about.
Not in Florida but I know several people who are notaries in another state. They pass some kind of a test, buy a rubber stamp, pay a license fee and they are a notary.
It is sort of an archaic practice. They a supposed to certify you are you, picture ID, driver's license and certify they witnessed you signing the document. What they can charge is stated in the law and it is minimal-the reason banks and insurance places do it for free for customers. The fee they are allowed to charge is so small, it is not worth them charging you.
Others have said on line and people who will come to your home. Makes me wonder.
I seem to recall when we bought our home, our signatures were notarized. It was someone in the attorney's office. Not exactly a disinterested party.

At the Pack & Ship it's $12 for each notary stamp. If you have multiple legal documents for a specific thing (such as probate forms, or sale of a house owned by the estate of someone who's passed), it could run you over $100 just to get them all notarized.

I would ask whomever sent you a form that needs to be notarized. I believe the fee is controlled by law and it is very little. So for someone to drive to do this for you will be difficult unless they are already involved, an attorney etc
