I'm looking for a reliable and honest piano tuner.. After a 550 mile ride in the back of a moving truck my baby grand sounds like a honkey tonk piano.. nothing wrong with that, just not my preference.

The gentleman builds his own pianos too, and he is a composer himself. Does anything you want to your piano. If it sounds like I am a fan, I am. Very happy with his service.

I know nothing about pianos but do have knowledge about wood and furniture. Wood will move due to changes in temperature and humidity. Moving, you can bet a moving van is not temperature and humidity controlled. I would ask any tuner, how long it should sit in it's new environment before any attempt to tune it.
