Update: 8/23/2021. In the email today, I got the utility bill. It was quite large because it contained several months of fees: amenity/water/irrigation/sewer/trash. Total $675! Next month I expect it to drop to about $250.

We closed on our home in St. Catherine at the end of June. But so far we have not received our utility bill statement (water/sewer/amenity fee/trash). I checked for it online and it shows a credit (overpayment - don't know where this payment came from). I thought this bill came every month? The online statement (see attachment) shows some meter readings and usage for irrigation water (we're SnowBirds, and still in Wisconsin right now) and even a payment made by someone (R21-082626, whoever/whatever this is). But we haven't seen an actual bill yet. I suppose I could call to find out, but I'm hoping it'll be quicker to ask here. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Try this:
go to districtgov.org
select utility bill information, utility bill inquiry (twice), type in an address, select view additional account information. You should then see the actual utility bill in the format that it should be mailed or emailed to you every month, based on whether you signed up for electronic billing.

Note: It looks like the site is doing maintenance today until 2 PM, so the actual bill may not appear until after that.

I have the same opinion on all similar posts. Responders to your inquiry are mostly well intentioned, however, my pseudo-name is Dave should you take my advice about anything and it does not go well, saying Dave advised me will result in a good laugh.
I would call the Villages they are helpful and if they do not know they will tell you who to contact. That code, if you have a mortgage on the property, might refer to your bank.

I’ve moved quite a bit in the villages and I can tell you it can take at least 2 and sometimes 3 ( last home ) months to catch up . Please s save yourself some stress and don’t bother calling it will all work out
