We are moving to Citrus Grove in a couple of weeks and was wondering if there are any events that go on during the holidays, Halloween or Christmas? Are decorations to your home violating any rules during the holidays?

You can decorate for 30 days around a holiday but double check your deed restrictions. At various times they have events, they do tree lighting at Christmas.

I'll check the deed restrictions. Im guessing I'll be given a copy of the restrictions at closing.
I am very nervous and excited about our move to TV. Its a big change for us and I never have been big on changes. I was born and raised in Buffalo NY moved to Florida (West Palm Beach) about 30 years ago, been in the house we are in now for almost 18 years. We bought a new construction home In Citrus Grove, a Whispering Pine model.

Events, yes

The 3 Town Squares have had 'tree lighting' events in previous years, with various entertainment...Covid put a damper on it last year.

many of the social clubs had Halloween costume party dances in the past....again Covid put a damper on many clubs getting together...the clubs are gathering again, but not all are getting the people that they had been getting at meetings

neighborhoods also gather for driveway parties and house parties and many streets go all out to decorate for the holidays, sometimes with a theme

lot's of things are coming back
