I believe the OP was looking for a recommendation rather than a location. Some Rolex Service providers are just a little bit better than others.

I'd recommend taking it to the Rolex store in Orlando at Millenia Mall. Maybe not the cheapest but you are getting Rolex factory service.

I've looked everywhere and I can't find it. I was satisfied by UPSing my watch to a remote company that specializes in Rolex overhauls rather than a jeweler that does a few Rolexs a year. I found the company that did mine online and everything worked out fine.

I'd recommend taking it to the Rolex store in Orlando at Millenia Mall. Maybe not the cheapest but you are getting Rolex factory service.

I believe if they are listed as a Rolex Service Center and Affiliate, you are getting a repair location with the training and very expensive equipment for repair and serving that Rolex requires.

First time our Rolex was sent out to NY and service was excellent.

Second time, it was serviced at a Rolex Servicing jewelry store, local and in a lovely spot with armed security and away from high shopping traffic so fewer eyes to see the transaction and again, top notch servicing. It is much preferred to personally deliver and pick up the watch in our experience.

We didn’t have the watch serviced in Florida but perhaps you can perform an internet search and find a location much like we described. If you decide to ship, good luck since shipping isn’t what it used to be a few years back.

Not if you are looking for a reliable Rolex dealer. Would never google and trust the net, even for my everyday Rolex. OP I use a Rolex dealer that repairs in house, He is a true repair watchmaker. They sell new and vintage. I personally know the entire family, since the early 80s, and trust them. Will contact them to see if they will take on a new client, and PM you if they have available time.

Lots of jewelers say they service Rolex watches but they actually just ship your watch to an authorized Rolex service provider and add an upcharge.

Dana1963 is correct - Google is your friend. It will bring up actual Rolex stores. Depending on the model and year your watch could be worth a lot of money so I probably wouldn't give it to any store unless they are a Rolex shop. Also depending on what is involved in the "servicing" be prepared to spend some money. Last time I had mine serviced it was just under $2k. The shop in Atlanta sent the watch to a Rolex facility in Texas to be rebuilt. Got it back with a Rolex 2 year warranty.

Any local jewelry store will be sending it to Rolex for repair. Even changing a battery, had that done years ago.

Best place we found was in Ocala (Gause & Son Jewelers) for our Rolex watches. Local jewelry store advertises that they have Rolex repair/etc however when we asked about having the Rolex's serviced at the same time of an appraisal, the appraiser would be going there is Dec and they would call us for the appt. never called and we never went back to Jewelry Design Center!

If you want a local watchmaker go no farther than Patrick Weller. He's at 2115 Citrus Blvd, Leesburg. He runs the shop himself so when you go in you are speaking directly to the watchmaker. 352-502-1891 His hours are NOT Mon-Fri so make sure you call before heading there.

Gause and Sons in downtown Ocala is the only Rolex certified jeweler in the area that repairs in house instead of shipping out to Rolex. I was surprised to find out that the stores in Orlando ship their repairs to Rolex. They are wonderful to work with.
