Just got an estimate for 1.5 car garage....$1200.

Has anyone had done?

We had our ( new to us) garage floor done last May. We had the epoxy coating done. We are not yet full time Village People so don't have a long range opinion yet but so far very happy with it. We used American Concrete Staining Co. out of Altoona ( I think). They do a lot of work in the Villages and were very professional, on time, Clean and neat. This is not a cheap job but they did it very well. I'd use them again and recommend them.

If you use the open style (swisstracks) you can clean them with a shop vac. The open style also doesn't make as much of a clatter as you walk or drive over them. If you plan to use floor jacks or jack stands or a motorcycle kick stand then the pvc tiles are best.
