The site mentions post your rental property for free for owners, however when I try to post my 3 month rental there is a minimum charge of $59.
There didn’t use to be a charge when I have posted before.

Give rentfromavillager.com a try, it's a pay service for home owners, reasonably priced, and free to renters. I'm always cautions about a business that offers something for "free", nothing is free.
