I use Private VPN on our computers and firestick.
One of the few that gets us past the BBC bots when we are in US, so we can watch live.
Can set yourself up to be in any part of the world.
Reasonably priced and simple to use.

I use Tunnelbear - TunnelBear: Secure VPN Service (https://www.tunnelbear.com) - very easy to use, very effective, very reliable.

Another vote for IPVanish. IPVanish.com for pricing. Very reasonable.

i tried to use the Avast vpn, but many websites couldn't load. i just use private browsing now, it hides most ads, & moves smoothly. i can choose which cookies to keep, too

i tried to use the Avast vpn, but many websites couldn't load. i just use private browsing now, it hides most ads, & moves smoothly. i can choose which cookies to keep, too Main purpose of a VPN while it MIGHT do that as a "feature" isn't to hide ads and private browsing in your browser That only keeps others who have access to your physical computer or tablet or phone from seeing the porn sites or dating sites you don't want your wife or husband or partner to see if they sit at your computer. :D :D
Purpose of a VPN is to hide your IP address (the address you are identified by across the web) and keep others from getting into your computer from outside. It provides a "second stop" for your browsing or apps and if anyone looks at those IP addresses it may show your computer as located in Italy or California or Iceland or whatever country you select. If all you want is private browsing (like you get from your browser when you choose "private window") or ad blocking there are a lot better and cheaper ways to do that. A VPN basically hides your computer and it's location from web sites you log onto and makes those sites think you are located somewhere else.
