We Purchased a Lot in Tamarind Grove

In August we purchased a lot in Tamarind Grove and hope to build this coming summer. Our lifestyle visit in August was great. I was sold in two hours. It took my better half 3 days and now she is more excited than I. I will be probably contact TOTV on many question we have as the pop up.
We are just excited to get the process started.

We will be neighbors some day. In August we put a deposit on Lot 37 in Tamarind Grove. It's at the end of Ansley Path at the beginning of the cul-de-sac circle. We plan to start construction in August 2011.

What lot did you chose?

We also purchased a lot in August. We at lot #20. we plan on being there sometime of middle next year. We are from Buffalo NY. We are planning to build at At Ease. Hope to see you in the future.

You are right, Ohio will be a nice place to be from! Our Lot, #63, is on Odessa Circle. We were there on the lifestyle for 6 days and finally on the 5th. day we found a lot that we both liked. Thank you all for responding. I have been lurking for some time and having trouble getting onto the site, but we got things working and hopefullly will be able to participate in some of the forums.

Welcome to TOTV and congratulations on your purchase. We will be neighbors! Like you, I bought a lot (#13) on Odessa Circle in Tamarind Grove in August. Construction started on my house 5 weeks ago, and it's almost done! It's amazing how quickly they work here. So many houses are going up on the circle, and things are moving very fast: Tamarind Grove mailboxes are complete and now operational, the pool is finished and pending final inspection, St. Charles is now fully opened - loops back to the Southern end of Buena Vista. This forum has a wealth of information - it's been a tremendous help to me, and I am sure it will be to you too.
