Help please .... subtitles on streaming TV

A person, no names here, who just happens to live in my home has managed to put sub titles on my Roku streaming TV.:icon_wink: Please tell me how I can get rid of this annoying sub title. Thanks.

not sure if it's on all channels.............go into one streaming channel & hit * on your roku remote.

On the Roku remote, press the Options or "*" button and scroll down to the closed caption options. Use the left and right buttons to see and select the option you want.

Go to the Home Screen. On the left side, scroll down to Settings. Move to the right and scroll down to Accessibility. Move right to Captions Mode. Select Off.
