Where do I go to get a replacement photo ID and gate card?

I tried going to the same place that I got it and they told me to go to the main office. I am trying to find a number to call to get directions

I did that recently. I live in Fenny area, so it may be different for you. I went to the customer service office (attached to the fire station) on Warm Springs. I got directions there by going into the Everglades Rec center and they directed me there.

It’s at Lake Sumter Landing. Go in the alcove next to Starbucks. Enter doors on right and it’s on the second floor.

It’s at Lake Sumter Landing. Go in the alcove next to Starbucks. Enter doors on right and it’s on the second floor. Although it was 3 years ago I got my gate card and ID card and "Welcome info" packet all in the office after the forever going out of business Van Heusen 2 doors to the LEFT of Starbucks in LSL and not in the office "upstairs" in the "alley" next to Starbucks. I believe the "upstairs" office is the business office. Of course things could have changed in 3 years.
