Is there an Iowa club? We are originally from Bettendorf but now Naples, Fl.

We hope TV soon!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi army. I'm not a resident but I would be surprised if there wasn't an Iowa club. We're from Cedar Rapids then Davenport before moving to IL.

TV must attract eastern Iowans. I spent the first 18 years in Dubuque, then the next 32 years in the Chicago area. I would move to TV tomorrow, but I have to work for a few more years. :cryin2: I hope to rent a place in TV during summer 2011 for a week or two when the rental rates are lower.

We currently live in Frankfort. A SW suburb of Chicago.

I've seen a few posters from Iowa on TOTV. Either current or past residents, but not too many...

I am from Iowa and Both of my siblings are also. I also have inlaws in TV who are from Iowa. I think there are lots of Iowans in CA too. I wonder why...

Iowa - Hawkeye State Club Meets 3rd TU@7PM
Colony

Iowa Minnesota meets 3rd SA Except May-Sept @9:30

There's also a Central States Club, which includes IA, MO, KS, etc:

Meets 4th Thu (except August) at 6:00pm (or thereabouts). Home base is Canal Street Rec Center, but they're recently meeting elsewhere due to renovations at Canal Street.

Yes, both colleges are still going strong. I remember when Clarke was still women only. Also the Univ. of Dubuque seems to be doing well.

Being from Iowa, I love the Hawks and the Clones, too. Living in Florida we don't get much info on Iowa sports. Can you give me an update on the Ia.-ISU football game last month?

I forgot the score but I think the Squawkeyes remember beating the Cloneheads into the turf by 35 to 7.
I love the Hawks at all times except when they play the clones. Being an ISU grad I am loyal on that day.

There is another important date in Dec. The two meet in the annual battle for state supremcy in wrestling. Was sorry to see Sanderson leave ISU to Penn State. We need to keep the legends in Iowa.
