Trulia lists the property and has photos. Unless these photos are outdated, I question the asking price.

No granite. No crown molding. Blinds, not shutters. Builder-grade electrical fixtures. Carpet in the bedrooms.

The villa was purchased for 312K in June, 2020.

Looks like a nice home with some nice improvements. You’ll probably get all the money regardless of what the naysayers are saying. I mean come on do they expect you to list it for the original purchase price 😂 of course not and neither would they if they were listing their homes.
