Can any of the tax preparers in or near the Villages help me with my Pennsylvania taxes. Although I own a home in the Villages, I’m still a PA resident for now. Thanks

Use Turbotax and do it yourself. But, to answer your specific question, I am sure that any tax preparer can do a state tax return. They will probably use Turbotax or a similar tax software.

We used HR Block to prepare both Florida and PA tax returns, when we moved here, worked out great.

Many states have state licensed tax return preparers, as in individuals who prepare taxes. . I would use a national level HRB or use Turbo tax, which is location agnostic. . .
Quick tax tip:
If you don't use the cloud turbo tax, but use the local copy, you can create a new return and use that fake tax return to estimate your next year's or the current years taxes, based upon any changes in income such as full retirement income without any salary/hourly income or to estimate tax impact to pay estimated taxes with lots of trading income or part time income over social security. . . or have large one time deductive expenses. . .
will be doing it this year to estimate how much to drain an IRA without paying any taxes.
