We were at Carrabba's Sat. nite for dinner and while we were there a large group of teens arrived dressed to the nines for their Homecoming celebration. Their outfits were gorgeous. They had dinner, well-behaved and quiet and it was really nice to be there and enjoy the presence of these young adults. They are a credit to the Villages High School.

At the dock in LSL large group getting photos taken. So well behaved, if you did happen upon them, you wouldn’t have known they were there.
Our friends daughter and date were so happy to be our this year. Many memories last year that couldn’t happen. Hoping all could make this a memorable event.

We had the pleasure of watching them take pictures on the LSL waterfront, most with their families. They were beautifully dressed and excited. The young men looked slightly uncomfortable in coats and ties and the young women were tottering on high heels. It was a joy to watch them have fun. I think it was Homecoming festivities.

Wonderful to hear all of this praise!!! Besides the parents, let’s applaud the school for fostering this behavior.
I’m a snowbird and haven’t left my NH nest yet but I will write to the school and deliver news they will be proud of. Who will join me?

Nice thought. As a former teacher, I know it means everything to know you were a good influence on your students. :clap2: :clap2: :clap2:

Nice to hear there are still some good young adults out there acting like adults showing respect to others.

So nice to hear this! As a former high school teacher, I can appreciate the excitement of Homecoming and the happiness students feel dressing up and celebrating with their friends. I'm so proud of these young people for their respectful behavior. I wish I had witnessed their joy. Congratulations to the parents and to The Villages High School.
