Thanks Been using Quicken Basic with Wells Fargo for many years. No charge. You do need to buy Quicken but you can find Basic version cheap on eBay, I think I paid $10. But it does need to be renewed every year for the $10. They went subscription based a few years ago but it does a lot more than just eBanking. Been using Quicken since the DOS day (before Windows).

Fidelity also has “BillPay”. It’s free and I have used their BillPay service for many years without problem. It’s very easy to set up either one time or recurring payments.
I’ve not had any issues dealing with Fidelity and have used them for about 35 years. Free wire transfers and good (US based) customer service.

Why do you people relay on banks to direct your bill paying through a cheesy banking website?
They do screw and if they do, your responsible for that bill until it's received, not the bank.

Go directly to their website and pay your own bills with a credit card.

Oh, does it show I have a son that's works for a bank?

I prefer to remain in control of my payments. Giving a creditor the ability to withdraw money as they wish is a recipe for disaster..

I get it.... I went paperless and as I got notification from the Biller, that the monthly charge is due, they had options to pay with credit card or checking account AND IF I WANTED to use AUTO PAY, ( I went with AUTO PAY) Best decision I ever did. You will be notified when the payment is coming up and the amount, so no surprises.

We have been using Wells Fargo bill pay since they took over Wachovia. I thought Wachovia was more intuitive. But WF has made some changes over the years.
Bill pay function is satisfactory.
