We own a house in St. James that we have and is currently under contract for a long term (1 yr.+) rental agreement.
We are seasonal and thus have been using a Rental Property Mgr. Now this Mgr. is moving out of T.V. due to family requirements.
Thus, now looking for a qualified, yet reasonably price Rental Property Mgr. to handle
things while we are seasonally away.
If you have worked with, or know of a qualified Rental Property Mgr. please reply.
As stated, we already have this under a long term rental contract, so don't need to have to search for a renter at this time.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

You don't need a property manager which is a licenced agent and regulated by state law. This sort of a person takes 15 - 20% of the rent.

You need a home watch sort of person who is on hand if anything breaks, completely different. Should be 75 - 100 a month for that
