Lanai Additions

Has anyone used Custom Vinyl Windows or Pergola Kings/Magellan for Lanai additions? We are considering a Santa Fe Lanai with an attached Bird Cage.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Also other recommendations would be helpful.
