Has anyone had problem with wood look porcelain tile staining?

Hello - we closed on our home last Monday and have not moved in. Upon walk-through we found stains on the tile (see attached photo) in almost every room. Through the warranty folks, the floors were re-cleaned last Friday. We drove up today hoping to unload some stuff but found the stains were exactly as we had seen them on walk-through. Has anyone had this issue and more importantly do you know of a way to remove these stains? We are going to try again with the warranty department, but cleaning does not appear to be the answer.
