Anyone here store your log-in info on one of those sites logging in with using one password like Last pass?

How safe are they?

I can't imagine someone hacking in to all you log-in info, I would be SOL

highly recommended by a security expert in my recently attended seminar. . . it can save you from getting phished by not auto populating a fraudulent site when you are stressed or in a hurry. Also, i am told to research Google and Microsoft authentication as a third party authentication for yourself and your device. . . however, being in the villages many will assume rich and you become a target. . . I seldom tell people the truth about where I am from unless its necessary on a form. . . or its a determined friendly villager. . . I still have checks from 20 years go with an old address on it linked to my current account. . . that will do it.

Absolutely NOT! Promises Promises unfortunately they all seem to get hacked and the subscribers get notified after damage is done

Personally, I see the password sites as a prime target for hackers, so I will not use them I have my own method, for almost 100 user names and passwords, and I will not provide any details on a public website.

I just use an MS Word document to list my passwords. The document has a password required to open it, and it is always available to me on my cloud drive.

Everything will eventually be hacked with enough time and money. These are too attractive a target

You've decided, but I'll add anyway...

Anytime you're online you're info is at risk, whether you use these 'password managers' or not. But there is a very large tech segment that thinks the top password managers make your login info more protected than if you just manage them all separately by yourself.

I assume they are pretty safe so I use them for site that have no info on me. For financial sites I use an encrypted spread sheet on my computer.

So, you're saying that a Post-it Note on my computer is a bad idea? :icon_wink::icon_wink::icon_wink:

Don't laugh, I know people that have done this then walk away from their computer,
and they weren't blonde
