Here's one Democrat who sees the writing on the wall. While most Dems are merely just not mentioning their "accomplishments" or voting history in their bid for election, Congressman Bill Owen of Plattsburgh NY released a video claiming that, in fact, he voted with the Republicans, and not Pelosi, 63% of the time.
