Three days ago our 10 plus year old air conditioning system was down. I searched this website and others for HVAC service recommendations. I spent 40 years up north in the HVAC business but no tools down here. I was very lucky to find GOOD GUYS Air Conditionings and Heating. The owner and HVAC technician is Michael Labanz a resident of The Villages.Not only did he diagnose then provide and install the one defective part, he thoroughly checked the entire HVAC system inside and out. I went on your recommendation and called Good Guys! Mike was wonderful and fixed my HVAC unit . Even figured out that it was under warranty and submitted the paperwork so I didn’t have to.
He was prompt, honest, clean, polite, reasonable, respectful, and went the extra mile to clean moldy surfaces inside the unit.
I would highly recommend him for any HVAC work.
