In this new video I take a look at Meggison Rd. starting at the southern end at CR470 and follow it up to the northern end almost into Brownwood looking at the various areas along the way. I also take a look at the area north of DeLuna, Hammock at Fenney, and the Community Support District (new schools) and provide an update on what is happening in these areas.

Excellent video, as always Don. Any idea on why the area along the power lines between the Southern Oaks GC and the turnpike is cleared? Almost looks like it’s being prepared for some type of landscaping or possibly a noise abatement wall.

Partly for use as a staging area for the new bridges being built, beyond that I'm not sure. A sound abatement wall is highly unlikely as there's no homes in close proximity.
