2021 Holiday Decoration Policy

Many Villages enjoy decorating their entryways for the holidays. This year, though, the district boards decided to update the holiday decoration policy. (This does exclude postal stations.) Prior to decorating, residents must submit a design to district property management at 1026 Canal Street in The Villages or email PropertyManagement@districtgov.org and sign the Activity Release of Liability. it's nice to know that the Districts are getting this information out early

I just listen to my wife....she's in charge of what, where, how and when our decorations go up and when they come down

I just do the work ...and thank the good Lord that I no longer freeze my fingers putting up the outside decorations like I did for decades

funny though, my fingers never seemed to mind the cold in the winter when I spent the day ice fishing
