The best nutrition drink

Ok my friends. I'm a juicer. Apple, OJ. I'm not into chocolate milk like ensure or Boost. I just want more:) vitamins that go good with my breakfast drink after 2 cups of coffee? Gotta be juice. So what is it? Too much snake oil out there. Talk to me.

I have been drinking Lean shakes from GNC for years sometimes 2 a day but usually only once , I mix with either water if after gym or with Ripple Dairy Free Milk at home ( Publix ) Lean Shake has different kinds and tasty. I don’t juice but I eat 4 or 5 pieces of different fruit everyday
