Finally making our Villages Home a REALITY!

Hello All!

After three years of looking and considering “new communities” that seemed to appear annually if not sooner… and a few “HOLDs” we let pass by us… no more regrets as we electronically signed today to move into The Village of Cason Hammock in December.

Next moving a few things down for starters, buying a used golf cart, (getting garage floor finished a priority), joining a club maybe, learning pickle ball, getting better than 100 @ 18 holes of golf, and finally enjoying retirement! :a040:

Sounds familiar…. We just singed a few days ago and close on our new house in Cason Hammock on Jan 7, should be moving a few things in at the end of January. We might be neighbors. ������

Signing up for electric, gas, cable, homeowners insurance, and lawn care right now. We are excited to get into some clubs and play pickleball everyday!

We just singed a few days ago and close on our new house in Cason Hammock on Jan 7. We should be moving in a few things at the end of Jan and start bouncing back and forth from Maryland to Florida with car loads of stuff the first half of 2022.

Currently signing up for homeowners insurance, electric, gas, internet, and lawn care.

Excited about joining some clubs, meeting new people, and playing pickleball everyday!

If when you move in people knock on your door to sign you up for ANYTHING (water, lawn care etc) Say no and close the oddr. Talk to people that have these services now to get a reputable company. Not all are as they seem
