How is the homeowner notified of approval/denial from ARC? USPS/email?

Results are posted on the district website, email, usps, you can pick up the un/approved application at Lake Sumter or the contractor can pick it up.

The last time we did this there was a spot on the form for your email, and when action was taken, you got a copy of the approved or rejection notice.

Far from an expert and I proudly point out that my logo is DAVES, should you ever get into trouble and say DAVES said it was ok or not will get you a good laugh.

I would call them. If, I was guessing, they would use both e-mail and post office. While e-mail is common, it may not be legally binding.

May not help but I would expect between holidays, snowbirds etc they are running late.

Where can I obtain the results?
The ARC results are available on the District Website, Village Community Development Districts (http://www.DistrictGov.org). Results
are available on the Thursday following the ARC meeting after 2:00 p.m. If you have
difficulty in obtaining the results from the website, please contact the Community
Standards Department at 352-751-3912 for assistance.

I put in a request to plant a flagpole, they ARC responded with approval by the email address I provided them.
