I have a Whirlpool gas range. It doesn't heat beyond 200 degrees. I believe the bake thermostat needs to be replaced. Can anyone recommend an appliance repair company that has provided good service? Thank you.

We, as well as some of our friends, have used Jerry Thibodeau several times. He is punctual, knowledgeable and honest. His # 346-233-7175

See YouTube. Wife made me get a new range when mine went. Lol. Broward factory service covers all your appliances and ac for around 250 a year

Cannot recommend the Jeff at that number. Reported him to Seniors vs. Crime.

Tried to use Beck's one time for our fridge and was told lead time to send someone was two weeks. Wanted to use them but could not wait that long and she told me that was normal for them.

Thanks everyone. I got lucky and called the right person from earlier recommendation - Jerry Thibodeau. Left message. He called back promptly. Says he is familiar with that particular appliance and the issue. Is coming out on Monday. Let's see what happens.

Fields Appliance in Orlando is the Whirlpool recommended repair company. We’ve used them in the past and have found them to be honest and knowledgeable. They charge a fee to come to your house (they’re in TV all the time), but it’s applied to your repair if you decide to repair your appliance.

If out of warranty call DeSantis Appliance. They are good. If still in warranty call GE Repair service.

Called Jerry yesterday. Was at the house in 15 minutes! Diagnosed and fixed the issue. Stuck around to make sure everything worked correctly and then headed out. Service charge was very reasonable. Great guy to work with. Will keep his number close by should we need him in the future!

I'm not familiar with Jeff or the people who,"reported him to Seniors vs crime." With any such post, there are usually two sides to every story. Someone should notify him of the post and he may wish to respond.

I'm the complainant. He didn't respond to our reporting the faulty repair to him within 10 minutes of leaving the house, other than to say he "would take care of it." That was the last contact we ever had with him. Nor did he respond to Seniors vs. Crime, despite numerous attempts on their part. My husband was also in the service business (electrician) and never treated a customer in that manner.
