Window tension

We are having a tuff time closing some of our windows. Is there a way to adjust the tension on the aluminum double hung windows commonly use here in the Villages?

If it's a new home under warantee call the warentee department and they'll have it taken care of. If not new call them and find out who put them in and ask them to come over. Or you can spray some CRC on the tracks that might make them slide easier.
