Thinking about purchasing a garage attic pull down ladder from Lowes
Any recommendations on who to have it installed and approximate costs for labor

I put one in and love it. My neighbor is not so crazy about it because he can't put his feet all the way through. I made sure to get an aluminum one instead of the wood for strength. I also picked up a couple of cans of ceiling paint so I could paint it afterwards.
Probably the best part is that my wife uses it if I'm not there. The only time she needs me there is if we are lifting something awkward, heavy or both, like a Christmas Tree....
Installation was easy but you do need two people, at least to start. They have videos on line to show you how.

I had Lowes provide the installation installer. Can’t remember the total cost which I considered reasonable but that was about 5 years ago.

Lots of threads on this site regarding this topic.
Lowes can arrange to install & Lowes will give you a price.

Keep in mind you need to maintain the fire rating of the garage ceiling.

+1, insurance may deny a fire claim if not.

When my son was building his new house, I told him to add an attic stair and a storage room above the garage.
But after watching him haul stuff up those narrow stairs, I would prefer a storage room
somewhere off the garage.
We seniors after a certain age, hate hauling crap upstairs.

So many of them are installed without all the screws and incomplete.
Jason Leszyk will do the job right.
