If you’re talking about the construction directly across from Pinellas Place this is the new Culver’s going in.

The new Culver's has not even broken ground yet.. The final approvals they need will be voted on at a meeting this month by the city of Wildwood.. From what was written its just a formality and will be approved and building should start. It was written in an article just a few days ago.

I drove past the new Culver's site yesterday (Saturday.) Silt fences are up and excavators are parked. Ground has been scraped clean of vegetation.
