Guest Passes

If someone has received a guest pass in the past, are the "in the system", or do you have to give all of their info again when requesting a new pass?

My daughter and her fiance´ are visiting next week and I want to have passes in hand when they get here (I'm not gonna be there till Saturday afternoon...)

Yes, I know I can call but since I'm sure many of you have done this, so it should be an easy question to answer... Thanks in advance!

If they are in the system (visited before) just walk into any big rec center M-F or Sat before noon(?) and they will just look it up and print it out. If you need to pick them up later on a Saturday you can either call or fill out the form again online which allows the rec center folks to print it out before they leave on Sat and any desk person can hand it to you.

Thanks. I'll call Rohan and have them print them out since I won't arrive till after noon on Saturday...
