I've had Superior for lawn & pest control for 10 years. Never had an issue with them until now. I noticed in early January that my lawn was not serviced for November & December. I keep the treatment slips they provide on your door after they leave and October was the last one. I called Monday 1/3 and they confirmed they did not treat my lawn for those two months. They said someone would be out Wed 1/5. No one came. Called again. Said someone would be out Monday 1/10. Still no one. Been calling and either can't get through or a I leave a message, waiting for someone to call back.
What's interesting is that they tried to claim that someone did come out. I said there was no treatment slip left on the door and I have security cameras showing no one came. They extended my renewal period out two months after I requested it. Granted, the winter months don't require a lot of lawn service but if this keeps up, makes one wonder about renewing again. Yes, I know about Covid and staffing issues but common courtesy would be to let your customers know.
So.... if any of you have Superior, check your treatment slips and see if you have been getting your monthly treatments. If not, call them and ask for renewal extension for the months they missed.
