Does anybody have a recommendation for a contractor to paint the outdoor aluminum furniture that I have on my Lanai? I have a total of 12 pieces including dining table, chairs and couch.

IMHO, unless the furniture is very expensive, your will probably pay more for the painting than for replacing the furniture. I would only do this as a DIY project, with suitable spray paint, and proper preparation.

Agreed. Unless you bought it from FrontGate or it is very high end or resort-quality, it is not worth refinishing. Refinishing, last time I looked into it, was about 50% of replacing with new.

Otherwise, you can search and inquire with Orlando Restrapping (dot com) or Best Buy patio furniture (dot com).

Hope this helps.

Another thought. In The Daily Sun classified, under the Handyman section, there are a number of listings that indicate they do painting. Since you don't have a large number of items to paint, that might be an option and it might be less expensive than a commercial business. I would think that a handyman could do it as a DYI project.
