it was that, and then some.....if the buffalo quarterback keeps thinking he is going to run the ball, sooner than later he will go down....
he may be tough, but taking on these linebackers is not a good thing for longevity.

Seriously: The patriots probably have one of the largest followings at the end of the last decade:
Those that love them, more local
Those that hate them, definately not local

The NFL uses viewership / market data to determine which games to show at 8 PM, for maximum viewership and ratings. So having this a Saturday night game . . . outcome definately not how the odds makers called it. . :shocked:

Then on that topic, the NFL should be taking the two NY team owners to the woodshed as they probably have one of the biggest local markets, and they just can't figure out how to pick players and management. . :ohdear:

Didn't get many fantasy points yesterday at all, Mixon for cincinnati and the kicker for Buffalo. . CoachK is killing me by having singletary on her team. . . :faint:

Patriots will be find, it's just a Brady-less team trying to recoup.
They made the playoffs, that's a plus many teams can't say.

Footnote - putting The Buffalo / New England game on at 8:20 last night was total BS. Both teams are from the east coast. What wisdom was there in scheduling Cincinnati and Las Vegas at 4:30 - a mid west and a west team !

And the Bengals/Raiders officiating crew was actually the most inept I’ve ever seen. The NFL today announced they would never officiate as a crew again in the playoffs.

The Patriots have given us TWENTY YEARS of exciting playoff football which included EIGHT Super Bowls! Yes the Belichick /Brady era is over but the Belichick / Jones era is just beginning. Time will tell.

And yes the Bills played very well and I will give them credit. They have had a great season and look like a Super Bowl bound team but then they may have to face Brady again.

Buffalo was the better team on the field in that game, hands down

Allen is a really good QB....although he takes a huge risk every time he takes off running...at some point he'll
take off running to gain a few yards, encounter the wrong defender, and he won't be the guy under center for the next play

if I was the owner of the Bills, I'm not certain how I'd feel about that....

I used to wear my team's gear while watching the game....no more, I just watch for fun.

Oh please, a thousand times please. I've prayed for this match up since 9/23/61. That's when my Dad took me to the War Memorial Stadium in Buffalo (The Rockpile) to see my first professional football game:

Yes they were manhandled. It was like the defense was challenged to stop them without any tackling. The ran beside them all game. The defense is hurting but Buffalo took full advantage. Not sure about what else you said and owning and ending the era but better this year, next year we shall see.

Ya ya ya, last time I checked the Patriots have played in 11 Super Bowls and win six titles while the Bills have been to four Super Bowls and won ZERO titles. Win a few Super Bowls and your gloating won’t fall on deaf ears. That being said, the Bills are my second favorite NFL team, the Bills mafia are true diehard fans. You don’t go to a Bills game and see half the crowd staring at their cell phones, they are real fans that watch the game. Go Bills (unless you are playing TB12 in the Super Bowl)!
