Could anyone recommend a whole house water purification system and a reputable company to install one? Any brands to avoid?
Thank you!

I suggest you use the forum search function for this, as there are several threads and posts about whole house water purification systems. I will tell you that all of us who use Nova are very satisfied with our water and the price. There are a couple of other recommendation as well. Pelican is one, but more expensive. Also there are some DIY suggestions. Too much to reiterate here, so the search function should help you.

I highly recommend the "NOVA" WATER filtration system. Great company to deal with. They show up as scheduled and did a really nice installation. The equipment is top shelf. The shut off valve is placed in a very convenient location vs the original house shut off valve. The unit has 2 gauges. 1 for inlet pressure and 1 for outlet pressure. The 3 cannister system is excellent and really does a great job. I am very finicky about my drinking water. I do have a Whirlpool Refrig with a build in water filter so my drinking water from the refrig is filtered for 4th time and it is just as good as my bottled water if not better.

Oh Yes I forgot to mention, The NOVA water filter system is advertised as $599.00 installed and that is what I paid.
Again Excellent Company to deal with.
Beware Some contractors think if you live in The Villages your rich. In addition, if they show up and see out of state plates on your car they assume your rich because you have 2 homes and your a snow birder. Next time I call a contractor I am parking my car up the block, LOL.
