Have a 3 bed 2 bath (Iris model) home in Gilcrest, thinking about doing a long term rental, nay suggestions would be greatly appreciated, I'm thinking 1 year unfurnished ??

We had long term unfurnished in TV. Each year had no less than 30 plus inquiries. Wear and tear was minimal, used thevill…..4rent.

In 2020-2021 interest was up by 25%. Long term stays on the market for short time. Your cash out is only mortgage if you have one, amenity fee, water/sewer trash (all one bill) and property tax. Tenet pays for everything else.
