Last week we golfed at The Lakes of Lady Lake. While golfing we noticed that some homes in Silver Lake in the Villages abut the community and the homes. We drove there to play. Is there golf cart access that we could have used to get there? Thanks.
It looks like there should be , huh? We just sold our home on the 3rd tee box and moved into the Villages. We often wondered why we couldn't go between there and The Villages. BUT, the answer was simple. They're not part of the Villages.
But, we TOTALLY enjoyed living there

Thank you for your answer. There is a "non Villages" community off SR 101 (NE 51st Cir & NE 121st Ave) - near the church in Summerhill that is entirely fenced and there is a golf cart break in the fencing allowing access to Woodridge Dr/Home Goods/Walmart. It was a bit of a surprise the first time I saw a cart come out of there! Just like all the policies of The Villages, there is never any consistency. Thank you again.
:ohdear: It is not non Villages. It is a "Family Section" built by the Villages. One of several and some have golf cart connections and some don't. :ho:

just some folks that do not understand the "why" of some things they observe. Instead of asking they just assume there is no logical reason.
