Many are trying to refute a recent Johns Hopkins report indicating that lockdowns and mandates have not been effective against the spread of Covid. But it’s really pretty obvious that they haven’t been effective. Let’s look at the per capita death rate from Covid in those states with the most severe restrictions, NY, PA and MI and compare them with Florida, arguably one of the least restrictive states.
