The use of a few different names is a real big red flag. You could try seniors against crime (use all the names) and the BBB if this is a real company. In any case, I would get the serial number of any cart you are interested in, and then contact the police to see if they have any reports on it. You can also contact the manufacturer to confirm year the cart was manufactured, and if there were any recalls, etc.
Personally, i would not deal with this person.

Yes, when looking for a cart, we decided that these are too good to be true, and are most likely fenced stolen goods. The dealer we bought from in New Hampshire has had brand new carts stolen off his lot at various times.

Too many legitimate businesses to buy a carts from. I would stick with them.

Hum, driven by a little OLD lady in the villages does not mean little wear? But, she changes the oil every three years or so.
