Question for those fellow villa villagers who did some resent landscaping to their front yards/areas.

I've gotten a couple quotes for removing original bushes in our front villa yard and side next to the porch. We're adding stone and some natural looking stone edging (not a wall) and about 20 new plants including a small Roe palm. (not the back yard).

Both seem to be in the price range of $6.5 K. for labor and material.

Does this sound reasonable or should I keep looking?

Don't know about pricing - am wondering if you got ARC approval and how long it took to get it. TIA

We make it standard practice to get ARC approval, takes about a week to 10 days, depending on when you submit the plans, and the committee meets. Husband and I had six yrds of seminole stone delivered in the driveway, rented a wheel barrel from Home Depot and went for it. We replaced the approved plantings and did it for far less than the landscapers wanted. Not for the faint of heart type of work but we did it and came out great.

No, I'm looking into that now.
