It means the poster changed his mind, but you can't delete a post. You need to keep at least 3 characters. Have a beer. It will be easier to take.

Visited the website but it doesn't have a channel lineup or pricing. How are the TV channels sent to the home? All by internet? What about the local channels - are they available?

We were apprehensive at first, but then we decided to at least hear their representative out on the offer. We are very satisfied with the results. The company represents Dish network, and we currently pay around $80 a month for TV, and $35 for our internet through another service provider. That has saved us around $60 a month from what had been paying. I would at least contact the company and see what they offer, and then make your decision - we don't regret ours.

Care to elaborate on that or is this just sarcasm?

They are just a third-party that sells Dish. So if you want Dish then go directly to Dish and get a better rate without a 3rd party involved.

I think it’s deceptive advertising to offer “senior cable” under the guise of dish network

Interesting. Exactly one year ago, 2/18/21, a user with only one post created a thread about Senior Cable (https://www.talkofthevillages.com/forums/contractors-services-91/senior-cable-comcast-alternative-316471/). Yesterday, a user with a different name but only one post created a thread about the same thing.

You are so right. But this company has been doing this for years. This is Dish TV.
No mention of this in the ad.

We had Dish for many years and liked it however it kept getting more and more expensive plus you have to pay someone else to get internet. The cost eventually got up to $200 a month for both. Not to mention that 85% of the channels on Dish we never watched.
