I mean a friend as it applies to this forum. Two members have asked to be a friend. I am honored and accepted. But what does it entail?

BTW, one of the requests was very old and I was a bit skeptical so I put it on hold. The next one appeared today from a member I hold in the highest regard. Based on that I figured I should jump on the band wagon.

My apologies to the one I put on hold. I really didn't feel I knew you that well at that time. My thanks to the one I received today. You might say you legitimized the term, whatever it is.

Honestly, doesn't mean much except that a person liked you enough to want to you to add them to your list. It's more of a warm fuzzy than anything else. It does let you look up their stats quicker.

Or it could have been you posted something that touched their heart and they completely agreed with. Not to worry, you don't have to give them your first grandchild or anything like that.

Friends on TOTV sometimes become friends in life.

And sometimes they don't. But they wish you no ill.
