We have used Massey for a decade but the cost seems rather high - $260 for four visits a year when the man is here for ten minutes at most. We are not here year-round, or we'd do our own, but we do spray around the doors on leaving.

We occasionally find small, dead cockroaches inside on our return - Massey's website informs us that "the question isn’t how to control pest problems; instead, it’s how to prevent them and keep them out of your home in the first place" so they're falling down on that aspect.

We are not over-worried about the solitary wasp nests that they always claim to have to sweep from our eaves.

Do you use a company that does a good job, and maybe is cheaper than Massey?

Thank you

I had Massey for 5 years and never saw any pests. But, I decided to fire them last year. I bought a container of Ortho Home Defense and sprayed it around the outside perimeter of my house. It's supposed to last a year. I still haven't seen any pests.

We have had Massey for the two years we have lived here and think the guy does a good job.

If they ever changed technicians would probably find someone else.

We have used Green Smith's Pest Control. Small privately owned, you can actually talk to the owner and his employees are extremally knowledgeable.

We have used Dean’s at 3 houses since 2010. If I have a problem, return phone call with a appointment same day, or next morning. We have had the same tech for 6 years. Termite treatment was done last week he was outside our home for 51 minutes.
